This notice explains what information the Starlight Awards website collects and how it is used.

Information you give us

When you submit a nomination, we receive the details you enter — your name, the nominee’s name and organization, the award, and your email if you choose to share it — so the Starlight team can review it. When online delivery isn’t available, the form prepares the nomination as an email in your own email app instead, and nothing is sent until you send it. When you email us about tables or partnership, we receive what you send.

Referral and campaign information

If you arrive through a partner or campaign link, the site remembers that referral (for example a partner code or UTM tag) in your browser for up to 30 days so the right partner can be credited when you visit our ticketing provider.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages and buttons are used, so we can improve the experience.

Third-party ticketing

Tickets are purchased on our ticketing partners’ own sites — Luma for this site, or a network partner’s Eventbrite listing on that partner’s Starlight page. Payment details go directly to the ticketing provider, never to this site, and that provider’s privacy policy applies to checkout.
